VUDU began in 2021 with a shared dream, to bring something a little different to Worthing, a space built around great coffee, relaxed brunch, crafted cocktails, and a touch of Japanese magic.
By day, we focus on fresh, comforting brunch and coffee culture,
a place to start your morning slowly or catch up over something good to eat. As the day moves on, VUDU transforms into a vibrant, casual dining spot, serving Japanese fusion designed for sharing, alongside carefully crafted theatrical cocktails.
Our name reflects exactly what we hope you feel here, something a bit mysterious, a bit magical, and always memorable.
We’re a modern, family-run space that stays true to the spirit of an izakaya, warm, welcoming, and centred around good food, great coffee, crafted cocktails, and good company.
Our hope is simple, that every time you walk through our doors, you feel that little spark of wonder that makes VUDU… VUDU.

Chris LightbownWowsers. I am no stranger to a Worthing cafe or an English breakfast but this was a different level. Great service and food fit for a 👑. When the mushroom is memorable you know you are on a winner. Sausages and bacon were fantastic too. Fantastic experience

Absolutely awesome bottomless brunch. Their food is delicious! The choice of drinks for the bottomless brunch is awesome, I loved the Hugo spritz. Our waiter was so lovely, friendly and attentive and really elevated the whole experience! - add on, went back today and had the same amazing waiter called Harry. Another 5* experience.
